V. Best Management Practice Certification Forms and Discharge Authorizations

The sector-specific certification form for these authorizations describes best management practice requirements for wastestreams generated by the sector and allows the facility to certify as to compliance or to notify the program when compliance will be achieved; the industry copy of the form also serves as a discharge authorization when the program copy has been completed and submitted.
